We undertake a detailed site finding service which can include, the circulation of a requirements list to the UK property market, or tailor the requirements to be region or town specific.

Chris has experience in acquiring sites in traditional high street locations, shopping centres and out-of-town retail and leisure parks and therefore can cover all bases. His aim is to ensure that the main lease terms are advantageous to his clients and that rents, rent-frees and capital contributions are maximised to his client’s benefit.

Location Suitability

Chris has extensive knowledge and connections within the restaurant market which enables him to source sites where he can help assess revenue potential on specific locations and can also investigate the potential for change of use where this is required.

He has extensive knowledge of most major towns and cities within the UK especially those in the middle of Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery of New Site

Once agreement on Terms has been reached, our work is to engage with lawyers and the design team acting for our client to ensure momentum of the deal is maintained and any issues arising from disagreement by both sides legal teams are resolved swiftly and amicably.
